SoundTec™ Wall Forming Systems

SoundTec™ Wall Forming Systems are capable of forming large or stackable wall panels in a variety of heights, thicknesses, designs and textures during a single pour.

SoundTec™ Wall Forming Systems are capable of forming a variety of precast wall panels, including sound walls, pre-stressed slabs and wall panels, head walls, building walls, structural wall panels, parking structure spandrels and more.

Vertically formed wall panels ensure that deep, realistic textures and/or designs may be formed on BOTH sides of the panel.

Adjustable bulkheads allow for the production of multiple panels of different heights in the same forming cavity. 

Partitions roll open horizontally for easy form preparation, casting and vertical removal of panels.

SoundTec™ Column Forms incorporate mechanical hinges to open and close the form.

Interchangeable form liners allow different textures and/or designs to be cast in the same forming system. Form liners are available in a multitude of standard textures, patterns and designs. Custom liners are available upon request.
